2. Payment and Order Processing
- Payments must be made before finalizing an order. We accept various payment methods, including QR payments, Direct Bank Transfer, and Payment Gateways.
- Once your order is finalized, a confirmation email will be sent, detailing the product(s) purchased and the order status.
- If there are any changes or issues with the product on our end, we will inform you through email and offer the option to confirm the changes or receive a refund.
3. Returns and Refunds
- You may return products if they are unused and in their original condition.
- For domestic customers (within Pakistan), refunds are processed within 2–3 working days.
- In case of returns, the payment will be credited to the same account from which the original payment was made.
- If a customer decides to cancel the order within 30 minutes of placing it, they are entitled to a full refund with no deductions.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We provide free home shipping across Pakistan. For international customers, shipping charges may apply based on the shipping method used (e.g., DHL).
- After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email, enabling you to track your delivery.
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. Anwar Hardware will not be responsible for incorrect delivery due to an incorrect address.
5. Large Orders and Quotations
- If you are an organization requiring large orders, you can contact us for bulk orders. A separate page for quotations will soon be available on our website.
6. International Orders
- Customers outside Pakistan can order products and have them delivered within any city of Pakistan with free shipping. However, delivery outside Pakistan is also available at an additional cost depending on the destination.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for maintaining records of transactions. It is advised to keep a screenshot of your order and the associated transaction ID.
- In the event of a return, the original payment slip must be presented to process the refund.
8. Product Delivery and Responsibilities
- We guarantee that you will receive the exact product ordered. If any discrepancy occurs, we will bear the shipping costs to replace the product with the correct one.
